Exactly what it says on the tin -- Rose likes to psychoanalyze people. A lot. In fact she likes it so much that her pesterchum handle, tentacleTherapist, is based around it. However, she is still thirteen; so as much as she likes to delve into people's personal lives and pick out their inner workings for her own amusement and supposedly their benefit, canon has references that explain that she's not a professional by any means. While she reads books by Freud, she also cites Wikipedia in one pesterlog with Dave, showing that her knowledge is amateurish at best.

But don't let that amateur lacking-in-college-degree bit make you feel any more safe! Her conversations will now be coupled by a stunning ability to see into your personal life and through any cracks you may have left in your well-tempered defense mechanisms. And when Rose doesn't feel like talking about herself you can bet she'll turn the conversation around to you, somehow, something you weren't planning on her talking about.

I'm going to try not to do this too often because it can lead to some awkward conversations if you're not used to it. And she does only frequent this mainly on friends (not that this excludes acquaintances or people she's just met, she's just more vocal about it with friends). But if any game ever needed a psychologist it was probably aather. Annnnd probably Peridot in particular.

tl;dr She now knows a lot of facts about psychology and can/will use them to her benefit in order to pick you apart and get to know you better. Rose likes placing her people into categories, and this definitely helps. Don't want no wildcards near her friendzone.
