Rose wishes that Cass wasn't so hard on herself, for starters. A lot of what Rose is learning here in aather is based a lot on what she sees from her team, so even though she WISHES that her team were better at the whole "let's blame other people" shindig, she's actually internalizing this mechanism too. So in a sense, Cass is someone to look up to as a role model, for good or bad, who can tell? Definitely good in the way that she's take charge, and a leader without meaning to be in a sense. But Rose isn't sure if she really WANTS to have that many issues, and wishes she could make Cass' life easier.
