Rose is one of Those Kids -- the ones that Jaina trusts to make good decisions and are incidentally highly cute so she wants to look out for them anyway. Smart, but squishy. Both someone who can hold a substantial conversation AND engage in a little good-natured ribbing with.

Never realized until the kraken fight that Rose packed some serious fightin' skills.
