As far as knights go, Flynn is one of the ones that Arya really looks up too -- he's so...well, chivalrous. And she supposes if she's going to be a Knight then she should do it properly, with the chivalry and treating people fairly and using a sword, etc etc. Part of Arya's story is that...well, when she's not being disillusioned by her canon, she puts a lot of faith into the stories that go into childhood, stories of knights and Warrior Queens and dragons. So to see someone like that is very impressive!!

Also if he ever needs a band-aid she is ready and willing to dispense them.
